We are looking for motivated and high-potential Saudi graduates who are passionate about engineering, the electric grid, and advancing sustainable energy solutions aligned with Vision 2030. Candidates will have an opportunity to join our Engineering Career Acceleration Program (ECAP), located within the Grid Technologies business.ECAP is an 18-month structured rotational development program for recently graduated engineers focused on the power transmission industry. The program is designed to develop future engineering leaders in the sector.Participants can join one of the following tracks: Sales, Project Management, Manufacturing, Testing Field, Quality, Generalist.The Generalist track provides broad exposure across our portfolio of products, systems, and services. The specialist tracks offer focused technical depth with defined rotational assignments.Rotations will take place across Siemens Energy locations and project sites like Dammam, Riyadh, Jedah, within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and potentially rotations abroad in our locations in Berlin, Germany. with potential exposure to regional collaboration where applicable.Throughout the program, participants will complete structured technical trainings, professional development modules, and business exposure sessions to build technical capability, industry knowledge, and leadership confidence.How You’ll Make an Impact:Complete three structured rotational assignments across key business areas within Grid Technologies.Gain exposure to high voltage grid solutions, substations, transformers, and clean energy solutions.Apply core engineering principles while understanding project execution and safety standards.Engage with clients and partners to enhance customer satisfaction and project outcomes.Participate in structured technical trainings and professional development modules.Build a strong professional network within Siemens Energy for long-term career growth.What You Bring:Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Power Systems, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field by April 2026.Strong interest in power systems and energy infrastructure.Motivation to contribute to the development of Saudi Arabia’s energy sector.Initiative, accountability, and a willingness to learn.Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).Adaptability and openness to rotation across locations within the Kingdom and potentially abroad.#J-18808-Ljbffr
