Engineer - Structural (Site Supervision)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer for a site supervision role in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our engineering team you will oversee structural aspects of construction projects ensuring quality safety and compliance with local regulations.Supervise and coordinate structural engineering activities on construction sites throughout DubaiConduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to approved plans quality standards and safety regulationsCollaborate with architects contractors and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical issues and optimize project outcomesManage and mentor junior engineers and team members fostering a collaborative and professional work environmentReview and approve structural designs calculations and drawings for compliance with local building codes and project specificationsImplement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures for all structural elementsPrepare detailed technical reports and presentations for project stakeholdersCoordinate with the design team to address on-site challenges and propose innovative solutionsMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and clientsEnsure all structural work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectationsQualifications : Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering; Masters degree preferredProfessional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certificationMinimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering and site supervision preferably in the construction industryProven track record in managing large-scale construction projects in Dubai or similar environmentsIn-depth knowledge of UAE building codes regulations and industry standardsExcellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyAdvanced problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detailExceptional technical report writing and communication abilitiesComprehensive understanding of building materials methods and quality control processesAdditional Information : About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
