The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.Key Accountability AreasProject Execution:Supervise and monitor electrical installations, testing, and commissioning activities on-site.Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and local regulations.Coordination:Communicate with Mechanical and Civil engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.Coordinate with MEP Subcontractors and LC system integrators for timely delivery of materials and services.Quality & Safety:Implement quality control procedures for electrical works.Ensure adherence to safety standards and conduct regular site inspections.Documentation & Reporting:Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.Maintain accurate records of electrical work, inspections, and approvals.Problem Solving:Identify and resolve technical challenges during execution.Provide solutions for design discrepancies and site constraints.Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of MV and LV power distribution and T&C.Strong Knowledge of Lighting and Lighting control installation and T&C.Stonge Knowledge of Data and Telecom system installation and T&C.Stonge Knowledge of Security and life safety system installation and T&C.Familiarity with international standards (SBC, IEC, NFPA) and local codes.Have good experience with engineering Software’s such: AutoCAD, MS Office and Revit or similar BIM tools.Role AccountabilityAbility to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the jobTo have a vision and a plan for the career path and how to achieve it.Delivery:Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.Problem-Solving:Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.Quality:Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.Business Process Improvements:Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.Compliance:Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.Health, Safety, and Environment:Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.Academic QualificationBachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering#J-18808-Ljbffr
