Engineer II - Sales Water Treatment

<div><h3>Job Summary</h3><p>We are seeking an experienced and results-driven<b>Engineer II - Sales Water Treatment</b>to join our team. The role focuses on retaining existing clients, driving new business opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle for water treatment solutions, including WTP/WWTP systems, maintenance services, chemicals, resins, and spare parts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in achieving sales targets and expanding the company’s market presence.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to increase business opportunities.</li><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities within the water treatment sector.</li><li>Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.</li><li>Promote and sell water treatment solutions including:<ul><li>WTP/WWTP systems</li><li>Maintenance services</li><li>Water treatment chemicals</li><li>Ion exchange resins</li><li>Spare parts</li></ul></li><li>Prepare sales forecasts and implement strategic plans for business growth.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to onboard new clients and ensure smooth sales processes.</li><li>Understand customer challenges and recommend tailored solutions.</li><li>Conduct water analysis at client sites and prepare technical reports.</li><li>Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.</li><li>Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while expanding business with existing clients.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li>Minimum<b>5 years of relevant experience</b>in water treatment, sales, or related industries.</li></ul><h3>Education</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.</li></ul><h3>Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong problem-solving abilities</li><li>Ability to work under pressure</li><li>Excellent time management and prioritization</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Teamwork and collaboration</li></ul><h3>Behavioral Competencies</h3><ul><li>High level of accountability</li><li>Self-motivated and proactive</li><li>Ambitious with strong work ethics</li></ul><h3>Preferred Background</h3><ul><li>Experience working on large-scale projects with major entities such as:</li><li>Ministry of Water</li><li>Industrial sectors (petrochemicals, steel, paper, water industries)</li><li>Large private organizations</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
