In this role, you will contribute to the execution, support, and development of advanced guidance and control systems. You will work closely with senior and principal engineers, developing your expertise and growing toward becoming an independent G&C systems designer.This position is ideal for engineers with strong analytical skills, hands-on experience, and a passion for aerospace, control systems, and advanced technology applications.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical ExecutionSupport and execute key departmental capabilities including (but not limited to):Modeling & SimulationGuidance & Control AlgorithmsTracking SystemsEstimation and Optimization FiltersSoftware Development (SIL & PIL)Lab Testing & Performance Verification (HIL Tests)Mission PlanningFlight TestingProvide technical contributions to senior engineers.Take ownership of design, implementation, and continuous improvement of engineering tools and analysis systems.Flight TestingPre-Flight PreparationFlight Testing ExecutionPost-Flight Data AnalysisSupport and mentor Junior Engineers and Engineer I team members.Engineering ThinkingTechnical Problem SolvingDynamics & Kinematics of Guided Weapon SystemsControl SystemsAdvanced proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink – AdvancedExperience & QualificationsExperience4–6 years of engineering experience in Guidance & Control or a closely related field.Experience with 6-DoF simulations, guidance algorithms, and control systems applied to guided weapon systems.Completion of basic engineering training specifically in G&C systems is preferred.EducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in:Electrical EngineeringMechanical EngineeringEmbedded SystemsOr any relevant engineering disciplineWhy Join Us?Work with industry-leading experts in advanced guidance & control technologies.Engage in hands‑on testing, real‑world simulation, and innovative system development.Grow your career through mentorship, exposure to complex systems, and continuous learning opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
