With a commitment to operational excellence and safety, we're building a world-class engineering and maintenance operation at Riyadh Airport.About the RoleAre you passionate about aircraft safety and committed to maintaining the highest standards in aviation maintenance?You will ensure the safety and operational readiness of our aircraft fleet by conducting comprehensive inspections, performing routine maintenance, and executing structural repairs on aircraft systems and components. In this role, you will take ownership of restoring aircraft to optimal condition through expert structural repairs and component replacements, with a particular focus on composite materials and advanced aircraft structures including the Boeing 787.You can expect to conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, perform both wet lay-up and prepreg composite repairs in accordance with Structural Repair Manuals (SRMs), and collaborate with your team to resolve complex technical challenges. You will maintain accurate maintenance records, adhere to GACA regulations and company policies, and contribute to minimizing aircraft downtime while enhancing reliability.This is a critical role where your technical expertise will directly impact flight safety, operational efficiency, and Riyadh Air's commitment to excellence in aviation maintenance.About YouDiploma qualified in aviation management, engineering, or a related field, you will demonstrate 5+ years of progressive experience in an aircraft maintenance environment, including 3+ years specifically maintaining aircraft composites and structures.You are expected to possess strong knowledge of Structural Repair Manuals (SRMs), expertise in evaluating damage on composite aircraft structures (particularly Boeing 787), and proficiency in performing composite repairs using hot bonders. You will also bring skills in analytical thinking, troubleshooting system malfunctions, and effective team collaboration.We'd love to hear from you even more if you possess Boeing 787 Composite Repair Certification, hold a GACA/FAA/EASA or other CAA Aircraft Maintenance License, and have demonstrated experience in coaching and training new technical staff.
