<p>Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:</p><p>Monitor workplaces, buildings, and machines to ensure safe operations, and guarantee no hazards or safety violations occur in product production or within the working area itself.</p><h3>Key Accountability Areas</h3><p><b>Pre-Qualification and Bid Preparation:</b></p><ul><li>Prepare HSE documents and questionnaires, along with supporting documents, for pre-qualification purposes with new clients.</li><li>Review client requirements thoroughly.</li><li>Develop HSE documents for bidding purposes in MEP, P&W, and AGD.</li></ul><p><b>Client Interaction and Presentation:</b></p><ul><li>Create PowerPoint presentations for client meetings.</li><li>Participate in meetings with clients for post-bid clarification as needed.</li><li>Provide guidance to the tender department regarding HSE aspects.</li></ul><p><b>Project Planning and Compliance:</b></p><ul><li>Develop Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Environmental plans for projects in alignment with client requirements.</li><li>Ensure timely document approvals from clients.</li><li>Guarantee compliance with comments on submittals received from clients.</li><li>Coordinate with client representatives when required.</li><li>Prepare risk assessments and job safety analyses.</li></ul><p><b>Communication and Documentation:</b></p><ul><li>Ensure the dissemination of approved documents to the project team.</li><li>Suggest safety staff for projects as directed by the TSM Manager.</li><li>Maintain meticulous records of all documents.</li><li>Assist project teams in the preparation of reports.</li><li>Support project teams in the preparation of close-out reports as needed.</li></ul><h3>Role Accountability</h3><ul><li>Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.</li><li>Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.</li><li>Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.</li><li>Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.</li></ul><p>Delivery:</p><ul><li>Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.</li><li>Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.</li><li>Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.</li></ul><p>Problem-Solving:</p><ul><li>Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.</li></ul><p>Quality:</p><ul><li>Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.</li></ul><p>Business Process Improvements:</p><ul><li>Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.</li></ul><p>Compliance:</p><ul><li>Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.</li></ul><p>Safety:</p><ul><li>Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
