<div><ul><li>Developing a effective Preventive maintenance program.</li><li>Implementing sound facility inspection program to minimize the Maintenance Cost&to enhance the facilities reliability and availability.</li><li>Developing plans to achieve the Contractual KPI without any non compliances.</li><li>Training the work group in line with facility operational needs.</li><li>Effective implementation of contractual governance.</li><li>Customer Focus.</li></ul><h3>Operational:</h3><ul><li>Supervises all activities of assigned personnel.</li><li>Receives and review incoming Work orders/work request towards the functioning and maintenance.</li><li>Plans&carries out the routine&Preventive maintenance as per the priority guidelines.</li><li>Provides technical advice to subordinates and ensures the activities are carried out as per the contractual terms and conditions.</li><li>Troubleshoots and analyses the root cause to avoid recurrence of the problem and to provide permanent solution.</li><li>Plans&carries out the commissioning activities related to new projects.</li><li>Prepares regular work reports.</li><li>Daily reports, Equipment failure reports, Incident/Accident reports.</li><li>Ensures that all the subordinates and contractors are working in line with the ISO&QHSE standards Utilizes the system to maximize availability and reliability of the facilities and minimize operating and maintenance costs.</li></ul><h3>People Management:</h3><ul><li>Managing the Sub-Contractors services in line with the Contractual requirements.</li><li>Ensures the team is fully equipped with propose PPE, tools and equipments.</li><li>Ensure in conducting training and development of the team specific to the facility operational needs.</li><li>Ensures in proper implementation of MWW standards.</li></ul><h3>Product/Process Improvement:</h3><ul><li>Assists in the development of ' Plant changes ' for modification or improvements in the present systems.</li><li>Assist in developing and implementing Operational/functional Maintenance in order to improve the operational efficiency.</li><li>Initiate for digital transformation to implement the paperless work.</li><li>Providing innovative ideas in the work methodology to improve the reduction in time&Cost without compromising the Quality.</li><li>Assist in Preparation and implementation of Energy conservation Plans.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><h3>Education&Certifications</h3><ul><li>Preferred: Bachelor 's degree in related engineering discipline required.</li><li>Preferable with MMUP Certificate.</li><li>Minimum: (none specified)</li></ul><h3>Knowledge&Skill</h3><ul><li>Proficient with M.S Office Suite, working knowledge in AutoCAD&Facilities Management software tools.</li><li>Should possess good organizational, supervisory&leadership skills.</li><li>Should possess good verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Knowledge on ISO, OHSAS&on Audit requirements.Proficient with M.S Office Suite, working knowledge in AutoCAD&Facilities Management software tools.</li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li>Preferred: Relevant Experience in UAE or Gulf preferred.</li><li>Minimum: 5+ years of experience in the field of Operations&Maintenance Hands on experience in Facilities Management system, Sound exposure in handling FM in multiple state of art facilities.</li></ul><h3>Job Info</h3><ul><li>Job Identification 1469</li><li>Job Category Engineering</li><li>Posting Date 12/22/2025, 01:07 PM</li><li>Locations Project - Abu Dhabi&Western Region</li><li>Degree Level Bachelor's Degree</li><li>Job Schedule Full time</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
