Join us.Construction Supervision & Quality ControlSupervise and inspect electromechanical works on‑site, including electrical, mechanical, control, and instrumentation systems, ensuring compliance with DEWA, Dubai Civil Defence, NFPA, IEC, and applicable standards.Review shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, ITPs, and as‑built drawings; witness factory and site acceptance tests for key equipment such as pumps, switchgear, control panels, SCADA systems, and ITS devices.Identify and report non‑conformances, follow up on corrective actions, and ensure resolution prior to system handover.QualificationsBachelor’s in electrical or mechanical engineeringMinimum 7‑14 years of experience in relevant projects as electromechanical engineerMandatory experience of 3‑5 years in UAE is essentialRTA approval or DM approval is preferredAdditional InformationLiaise with DEWA, Dubai Civil Defence, Etisalat, DU, and other authorities for inspections, approvals, and NOCs; coordinate with the contractors electromechanical team and other discipline engineers to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless system integration.Oversee pre‑commissioning and commissioning activities, verify O&M manuals and spare parts lists, and assist in punch list preparation and final handover of electromechanical systems.Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and commissioning activities; prepare progress reports; and provide technical support to resolve problems and optimize cost efficiency.AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
