Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer specialized in Highrise Buildings & Villas construction projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of both Highrise buildings and villas, ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed within budget and timeline.Job ResponsibilityDevelop and implement detailed construction plans for Highrise buildings and villas projects.Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to ensure all aspects of the project are in alignment.Supervise construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.Manage project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion.Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets established standards.Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.Candidate RequirementsMOFA attested Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Proven experience in managing Highrise buildings and villas construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.Excellent project management and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Professional certification or license may be required.SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering softwareKnowledge of construction materials and techniques specific to high-rise buildings and villasStrong project management skillsAbility to interpret architectural drawings and specificationsKnowledge of local building codes and regulationsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in workAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesCivil Engineering#J-18808-Ljbffr
