Engineer Assistant

Role Purpose:We are seeking a Engineering Assistant to support the Engineering Technical Lead within the Product Development and Deployment team. This role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, combining solid engineering understanding with strong technical skills in product installation, assembly, and on‑site support. The position acts as the operational and technical bridge between engineering design and real‑world implementation.Key Task and Responsibilities:Support the Engineering Technical Lead in managing day‑to‑day technical and engineering activities.Execute and supervise product installation, assembly, and commissioning on site.Identify, analyze, and resolve technical and engineering issues during installation and operation.Provide technical feedback from site activities to support product improvement and adaptation.Assist in testing, validation, and troubleshooting of mechanical and electronic components.Ensure installations comply with technical specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.Coordinate with suppliers, installers, and internal teams during installation and maintenance phases.Support documentation of installation procedures, technical manuals, and as‑built information.Experience, Knowledge and Skills:Technical diploma or degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.3–5 years of experience in technical support, installation, or engineering assistance roles.Strong practical skills in product assembly, installation, and mechanical/electronic systems.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.Proven capability to troubleshoot and resolve on‑site technical problems.Good working knowledge of English.Experience with on‑site installations in the UAE or GCC region.Exposure to sustainable technologies or innovative technical products.Familiarity with health, safety, and quality standards for installations.Ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross‑functional environments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
