Job Description

<div><p>Monitor and evaluate the performance of physical and digital assets through system analysis and field inspections. Ensure asset data accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance with technical standards, while providing insights and reports to support informed decision‑making.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Asset Performance&Monitoring</h3><ul><li>Monitor asset performance through systems and field inspections.</li><li>Conduct site visits to inspect physical assets, land, commercial properties, and advertising spaces.</li><li>Ensure assets are operating efficiently and meeting business requirements.</li><li>Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.</li></ul><h3>Data Management&Analysis</h3><ul><li>Verify and reconcile asset data across multiple systems.</li><li>Upload and maintain accurate technical specifications for all assets.</li><li>Analyze reports from internal and external sources to identify trends and improvement opportunities.</li><li>Prepare detailed technical and performance reports.</li></ul><h3>Governance&Process Improvement</h3><ul><li>Evaluate asset management policies and recommend enhancements aligned with industry best practices.</li><li>Support the implementation of automation initiatives, including the use of AI and data analytics.</li><li>Develop and improve asset governance processes and procedures.</li><li>Conduct benchmarking analyses to compare asset performance against industry standards.</li><li>Prepare benchmarking reports and present findings with actionable recommendations.</li><li>Analyze field inspection results and propose improvements to asset conditions.</li></ul><h3>General Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support the team in achieving departmental objectives.</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.</li></ul><h3>Decision-Making Authority</h3><ul><li>Works under the supervision of the Section Manager.</li><li>Provides recommendations but does not make independent decisions without managerial approval.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><h3>Education</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field).</li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in asset management, engineering, or related roles.</li></ul><h3>Technical Skills</h3><ul><li>Asset tracking and monitoring tools</li><li>Technical inspection and reporting</li><li>Data analysis and statistical methods</li><li>Understanding of asset lifecycle management</li></ul><h3>Core Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Proficiency in computer applications and data tools</li><li>Effective communication (written and verbal)</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively</li><li>Team collaboration and stakeholder engagement</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
