Job Description

Monitor and evaluate the performance of physical and digital assets through system analysis and field inspections. Ensure asset data accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance with technical standards, while providing insights and reports to support informed decision‑making.Key ResponsibilitiesAsset Performance & MonitoringMonitor asset performance through systems and field inspections.Conduct site visits to inspect physical assets, land, commercial properties, and advertising spaces.Ensure assets are operating efficiently and meeting business requirements.Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.Data Management & AnalysisVerify and reconcile asset data across multiple systems.Upload and maintain accurate technical specifications for all assets.Analyze reports from internal and external sources to identify trends and improvement opportunities.Prepare detailed technical and performance reports.Governance & Process ImprovementEvaluate asset management policies and recommend enhancements aligned with industry best practices.Support the implementation of automation initiatives, including the use of AI and data analytics.Develop and improve asset governance processes and procedures.Conduct benchmarking analyses to compare asset performance against industry standards.Prepare benchmarking reports and present findings with actionable recommendations.Analyze field inspection results and propose improvements to asset conditions.General ResponsibilitiesSupport the team in achieving departmental objectives.Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.Decision-Making AuthorityWorks under the supervision of the Section Manager.Provides recommendations but does not make independent decisions without managerial approval.QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field).ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience in asset management, engineering, or related roles.Technical SkillsAsset tracking and monitoring toolsTechnical inspection and reportingData analysis and statistical methodsUnderstanding of asset lifecycle managementCore SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in computer applications and data toolsEffective communication (written and verbal)Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyTeam collaboration and stakeholder engagement#J-18808-Ljbffr
