Job Description

Job Description As a member of the Services team at Siemens Digital Industries Software, your role involves owning the definition of the Services account strategy and facilitating the generation of revenue towards financial goals. You will build strong business relationships with internal and external collaborators, ensuring alignment with SPL Country and Zone objectives. Your responsibilities include contributing to business planning activities, developing financially quantified Services proposals for customers, and expanding Services revenue in accordance with SPL Country level objectives. You will also provide guidance and mentoring across Vertical and Country boundaries to Engagement Architects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the definition of the Professional Services components within the overall Account Strategy, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. - Develop and present industry relevant content at regional groups and conferences, aligning messaging with the needs and direction of the account portfolio. - Actively build and maintain relationships with internal and external collaborators critical to the success of each account. In terms of Engagement Definition, your responsibilities will include: - Contributing to the value planning activities with the Sales Account Manager and other teams. - Identifying and engaging with other Siemens team members as needed to support opportunity growth. - Developing the project scope definition using the Services Delivery Framework and tools. - Maximizing resource options and costing models for projects/programs to achieve efficiency for the customer and commercial viability for Siemens. For Delivery Support, you will: - Bridge the gap between Sales and Professional Services delivery to meet client expectations. - Work with Services Management to assign appropriately skilled resources for key project positions. - Participate in project status review meetings and support issue escalation processes. Qualifications Required: - Strong business acumen and experience in developing Services proposals. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Proficiency in project management processes and tools. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
