You’re the person teams turn to for clarity, fairness, and confidence when navigating sensitive workplace issues.Employee Relations & Issue ResolutionLead and support employee relations cases, including inquiries, concerns, behavioural issues, conflicts, performance challenges, and grievances.Conduct objective, thorough investigations with a people‑centric approach while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policy and legal requirements.Policy Interpretation & ComplianceProvide clear, practical guidance to employees and managers on policies, procedures, and employment practices.Partner with HR Operations to ensure ER policies are up‑to‑date, legally compliant, and aligned with global standards.Coaching & Manager PartnershipCoach leaders on handling people issues effectively— from performance discussions to corrective conversations.Empower managers with tools and best practices to resolve issues at the earliest stage possible.Culture & Employee ExperienceSupport initiatives that promote psychological safety, open communication, and a respectful workplace.Gather insights, feedback, and trends to identify emerging issues and recommend forward‑looking solutions.Reporting & Continuous ImprovementTrack, analyze, and report on employee relations trends and metrics to inform strategic decisions.Recommend improvements to employee relations processes and tools.What You BringBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.5–6+ years of progressive experience in employee relations, HR advisory, or a related human resources role—ideally in a dynamic, high‑growth environment.Experience conducting investigations, advising on policy, and interpreting employment laws.Strong interpersonal and communication skills— you can build trust quickly at all levels.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and feedback.Sound judgement and a high degree of professionalism and discretion.A proactive problem‑solver who stays calm under pressure and prioritises people‑centric solutions.Experience working in multinational or matrix environments.Added advantage: Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM).Your X‑FactorBalances a “people‑first” heart with a “compliance‑first” head — leading investigations that are as compassionate as they are legally airtight.Acts as the “Cultural Architect” of trust — transforming sensitive conflicts and grievances into opportunities for psychological safety and systemic improvement.Decodes workplace friction into actionable data— identifying behavioural trends before they become liabilities to help the business scale sustainably.Empowers leadership through radical candor— coaching managers to navigate the “gray areas” of performance and behavior with confidence, fairness, and professional grace.Your Journey After Applying30‑minute HR Session with the Talent Acquisition teamTake‑home assignment60‑minute Session with the VP, People and Culture60‑minute Session with the Chief People OfficerWhy Join NEXTAt NEXT Ventures, performance is more than numbers—it’s the pulse that drives innovation and impact.
