Job Description
<div><p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced<b>Employee Relations Specialist</b>to join our HR team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment, strengthening employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies across our diverse business sectors.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations matters, concerns, and workplace issues</li><li>Handle employee grievances, disciplinary cases, investigations, and conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner</li><li>Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law, internal HR policies, and company procedures</li><li>Support managers and department heads in resolving employee performance and conduct issues</li><li>Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention</li><li>Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify improvement opportunities</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to employee relations cases</li><li>Assist in policy development, communication, and employee awareness programs</li><li>Partner with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and leadership teams to support organizational goals</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>Minimum<b>2–5 years of experience</b>in employee relations or HR generalist roles</li><li>Experience in<b>construction, manufacturing, energy, or real estate development sectors</b>is highly preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of<b>Saudi Labor Law</b>and HR best practices</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism</li><li>Strong reporting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications (Not required)</h3><ul><li>HR certification such as<b>SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent</b>is a plus</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
