Employee Housing & Services Lead

A leading hospitality company in Qatar seeks an Employee Services Manager responsible for managing employee housing operations. Duties include ensuring safe and compliant accommodation, overseeing service providers, and enhancing the employee experience. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of relevant leadership experience, and strong skills in facilities management and stakeholder engagement. Fluency in English is required, with Arabic speakers preferred. This is a full-time position.
