Job Description

OverviewInterested in working in an innovative and highimpact business to raise the bar on people experience and engagement. We are seeking a selfstarter who can quickly familiarize themselves with this fastpaced environment, build relationships/trust with crossfunctional teams, and assume ownership within the program which will require understanding of people and their motivations. High judgment, analytical talent, and good document writing skills with concise communication are essential to success in this role.ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will influence internal and external stakeholders to drive people programs end to end.This position involves regular communication with senior leadership on People workstreams. You should be comfortable working both at a strategic level and diving deep into the details to ensure solution feasibility and quality of.Develop a key understanding of people and their motivations.Create trust and safe environment to help understand key engagement areas for employee satisfaction.Develop scalable and measurable programs to improve people engagement.Identify and coordinate with regional stakeholders and crossorgs to achieve EE program sustainability post deployment.Manage and analyze project intake engagement data/surveys and program expansion.Responsible for site intake for the monthly newsletter.Publish monthly event calendar and lead engagement initiatives across the site.Assists with organizing employee events and team building activities Wellness Weeks CSR Weeks etc.Partners with EA and Managers to encourage employee engagement with resources.Conduct employee focus groups to compliment engagement surveys.Partner with site ops leadership Regional EE Sr. Program Manager to help leaders successfully build action plans based on engagement survey results. Measure the success of the events and highlighting potential employee facing metrics that will enable the Site Lead to track employee engagement progress at both an OU wide and a local unit level.Create an effective communication plan and provide content for various communication vehicles.Ability to influence the site leadership on engagement related themes.You would be expected to travel occasionally.Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment & multitask.Qualifications1 years of Program/Product/ HR management or equivalent experienceExperience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvementsExperience working cross functionally across teamsExperience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating resultsExperience defining and executing program requirementsExperience in employee engagement or HR functionAdditional informationOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
