Our services are structured around Strategy & Analytics, People Advisory, Procurement Transformation, Finance & Shared Services and Governance & ESG Advisory.ResponsibilitiesAs a People Advisory Director some of your responsibilities will include:Leading and supporting on business development activity, including assisting partners throughout the entire sales cycle: client relationship building, opportunity creation/identification, opportunity qualification, proposals, statements of work, oral presentations, developing project approaches, resource models, and pricing estimatesDeveloping the Go To Market, commercial proposition, offerings and strategic plan around developing our HR & People offeringInvesting time into non-HR projects to understand how we can unlock further opportunities with existing clients around analytics, and enable cross-selling opportunitiesDeveloping and upskilling the team to a minimum level where they can provide varying levels of support to a HR advisory related engagementContributing towards a financial target which covers winning work, and managing projects successfullyDeveloping your internal & external network, raising awareness about the team’s capabilities, success stories, and client base, identify business development or cross-selling opportunitiesMaintaining a good working relationship with clients and work effectively with client management and staff at all levels to gather information and perform servicesLeading and managing a team of consultants to deliver successful project outcomes, in line with the targets and KPIs appropriate for your roleServing as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholdersEnsuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest levels of quality and rigorManaging, motivating, developing, training, coaching and mentoring staff on projects while embedding and supporting a feedback focused cultureHelping define and embed the culture we need to continue growing the team in the right wayStaying up to date with industry trends and insights, and support the team in doing the sameSupporting core internal responsibilities, which may include recruitment, thought leadership, financial management, performance management and quality related activitiesQualificationsThink you've got what it takes to be a People Advisory Director? Here's a few more boxes we're also hoping you can tick:Minimum of 10+ years of management consulting experience, with at least 3 years in a senior manager / director role or equivalent, preferably in a consulting firmPossess a proven track record of delivering successful HR consulting projects for clients, demonstrating an ability to drive results, add value, and delight our clientsStrong analytical, commercial and problem solving skills with the ability to assess and de-mystify complex situations with easePossess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken, English required, Arabic is a bonus), with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and other parts of our firmStrategic thinker with a strong business/commercial acumen, who can operate at the ‘big picture’ level but also be ‘hands-on’ in client deliveryCommitment to mentoring and coaching junior team members, with a pa
