Employee Benefits Executive

Nasco Emirates is looking for an Employee Benefits Executive specialized in the Medical insurance line of business to join the team in Abu Dhabi. The position entails the following responsibilities:Approach insurance companies to obtain quotations for new businessesPrepare and submit complete RFP to insurersChecking and comparing quotes to make sure they meet the requirementsEnsure timely turnaround time of quotes to meet client deadlinesNegotiate premiums, benefits and networks with insurersBuild and maintain strong relationships with insurersStay updated on underwriting guidelines and new productsJoin a successful international group to be on a path that is only capped by your ambitions.You are right for the role if you meet the following requirements:· A Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.· Associate Diploma from a recognized insurance institute is a plus.· 2-3 years of experience in the employee benefits, group medical and life insurance, ideally within the GCC region.· Strong knowledge of U.A.E insurance underwriting practices and processes.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.· Robust analytical and presentation abilities.· Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.Excited to apply?
