Job Description
I. Recruitment Delivery & SourcingJob Marketing: Draft edit and post engaging job advertisements across various platforms including NAFIS, LinkedIn and other specialized job boards ensuring maximum visibility to UAE National candidates.Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source, review and screen candidate profiles utilizing creative strategies to identify individuals whose skills and experience match job requirements.Assessment: Conduct initial interviews and skills assessments to evaluate candidate suitability, motivation and cultural fit.Candidate Management: Prepare and present shortlisted CVs and comprehensive candidate profiles to internal and external Hiring Managers.Interview Coordination: Efficiently coordinate and facilitate all stages of the interview process.II. Candidate Experience & OnboardingProcess Support: Guide candidates smoothly through all stages of the onboarding process including documentation and pre-employment checks.Transition: Work closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless transition for new hires into their respective roles and client environments.Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure high engagement and positive experience throughout the recruitment and placement cycle.Qualifications & RequirementsNationality: UAE National with a Family Book is mandatory.Experience: Previous experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or client relationship management (in an agency or in-house setting).Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of building rapport with candidates and stakeholders.Technical Skills: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and professional social media platforms (like LinkedIn Recruiter).Core Competencies & Work EthicSolution Oriented: Demonstrates a solution-oriented mindset focusing on finding and implementing effective ways to meet challenging recruitment targets.Proactivity: Possesses a clear can-do attitude taking ownership of tasks and pushing initiatives forward without constant supervision.Growth Mindset: Exhibits a growth mindset showing a strong willingness to learn new sourcing techniques and improve processes continuously.Adaptability: High degree of adaptability and flexibility to manage shifting priorities and client demands in a dynamic market.Organization: Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.Remote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
