We are looking for an Emiratization Central Sales Support Executive with fluent English‑speaking skills and some experience in customer service and administration. This is a full‑time permanent role located in Abu Dhabi. This role sits at the heart of sales operations, ensuring seamless coordination, accurate documentation, and efficient stock management across locations.What You Will DoManage end‑to‑end sales documentation and system updates from booking through to vehicle delivery, including SAP entries, deal packs, insurance, finance, and registration documentsEnsure 100% accuracy and completion of all sales documentation, enabling smooth cross‑checking with internal departmentsCoordinate tagging, de‑tagging, and unit swaps to meet branch and customer requirementsSupport the availability, preparation, and tracking of demo, display, Goshi, and marketing unitsMonitor and manage aged stock, customer‑tagged units, and vehicle movement to meet SLA commitmentsPrepare and maintain key weekly and monthly reports, including demo, PDI, conversion, and de‑fleeting reportsSupport day‑to‑day sales operations through effective coordination with Sales, Finance, Insurance, and Operations teamsRequired Skills To Be SuccessfulExcellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skillsCustomer service experience will be an added advantageGood knowledge in MS Office, especially MS ExcelEmiratization with family bookAbout The TeamYou will be part of the Sales Support function, reporting to the Sales Support Team Leader and working closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.
