Senior Associate, LeasingEmirati Talent - Senior Associate, Leasing | Majid Al Futtaim Properties | Asset Management Business UnitRole SummaryThe Senior Associate Leasing role provides structured operational and transaction coordination support across the full leasing lifecycle. The role ensures accuracy, speed, and integrity in reporting, governance submissions, documentation processing, CRM compliance, and deal tracking, enabling the Leasing team to execute transactions efficiently and in line with internal approval processes. The role acts as a key coordination point between Leasing, Finance, Legal, LCM, RDD, and relevant tenants.Role ProfileSupport leasing transactions including new deals, renewals, amendments, and terminations through preparation of proposals, deal summaries, and approval packs.Ensure all transaction documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with internal timelines and approved commercial direction.Manage end-to-end deal setup and approval workflows in CRM/Yardi, ensuring correct data configuration prior to submission.Maintain a clear and auditable record of approvals, negotiations, executed agreements, and related documentation.Prepare and maintain reports and trackers, monitoring deal pipeline, renewals, and documentation progress.Coordinate with Legal, Lease contract management , Finance, and Credit Control for lease documentation, agreement execution, and payment tracking.Liaise with internal stakeholders, tenants, and partners to collect required inputs and ensure timely transaction progression.Drive operational excellence by improving reporting, documentation workflows, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and responsiveness.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.Minimum requirement: Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent.Up to 3 years of relevant experience in leasing coordination or shopping mall operations.Experience in commercial administration or similar roles.#J-18808-Ljbffr
