OverviewJOB TITLESenior Associate – Brand Experience & Activation | Majid Al Futtaim Properties | Development Business UnitROLE SUMMARYThe Events & Engagement Coordinator provides essential logistical, administrative, and execution support to the Events & Brokers Engagement Manager. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth delivery of all B2B and experiential initiatives, managing event administration, coordinating vendor requirements, and maintaining the quality and readiness of all physical brand assets across local and regional projects.ROLE PROFILEResponsibilitiesCoordinate logistics and administrative support for local events such as sales days, broker briefings, and project launches.Provide travel and operational support for international roadshows and industry trade shows.Liaise with vendors to manage event requirements, bookings, and timely service delivery.Compile attendance data, invoices, and execution details to support event performance and ROI reporting.Assist with drafting communications and invitations for broker engagement initiatives and events.Manage digital event registration platforms, ensuring accurate data capture and CRM integration.Oversee RSVP tracking, seating arrangements, and on-site guest check-in to ensure smooth event operations.Maintain and coordinate the inventory, storage, and transport of experiential brand assets for events.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.Upto 2 years of hands-on experience in event planning or hospitality environments.Experience in logistics coordination or administrative support within fast-paced settings.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent time management and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, particularly spreadsheets for tracking and reporting.#J-18808-Ljbffr
