Emirati Procurement Officer DubaiWe are looking for a skilled and experienced procurement professional to join our High Tech Health Solutions client as a procurement officer. You will be responsible for sourcing purchasing and managing the quality of the materials and equipment that are essential for our companys operations and projects.ResponsibilitiesAssist with procurement strategies and policies that align with the companys goals and standardsConduct market research and analysis to identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendorsNegotiate contracts terms and prices with suppliers and vendors ensuring optimal value and qualityHelp in the procurement process from requisition to delivery ensuring timely and accurate orders and invoicesMonitor and evaluate the performance and compliance of suppliers and vendors and resolve any issues or disputesMaintain and update records of procurement activities contracts inventory and expendituresPrepare and present reports and recommendations on procurement matters to senior management and stakeholdersCollaborate with crossfunctional teams such as engineering production quality and finance to ensure the coordination and integration of procurement activitiesKeep abreast of the latest trends and developments in the procurement field and the high tech health industryRequirementsBachelors degree in business administration supply chain management engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 1 years of experience as a procurement officer or a similar roleProficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software such as SAP Oracle or CoupaExcellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of procurement best practices regulations and standardsExperience in sourcing and purchasing medical devices and software is a plusIf this position is of interest please reach out to Jennifer Michael on:Required Experience:Unclear Seniority#J-18808-Ljbffr
