The well‑structured one‑year programme will give young Emirati graduates an introduction to the world of professionalism and an opportunity to explore diverse industries such as Retail / Automotive / Travel / Real Estate. Candidates will get an insight into back office functions like Finance, Marketing, HR, IT, Audit & Risk; identify their key strengths and aspirations to then fit in a role that they are truly passionate about. We believe that the youth of today look for challenges and are strong achievers. Through Al Tayer Group’s Emirati Graduate Programme, you will find yourself stretched and challenged. You will be assigned to “live” projects and your contributions will be assessed and suitably incorporated giving you the confidence to take on a valuable role as you complete your year‑long Graduate Programme.
