About the job Emergency Response Team LeadPurpose: Lead the ERT, coordinate rescues and develop shiftwise emergency readiness during TAR.Reports to: ORYX HSE / Contractor PM | Work Schedule: Schedule3 (12 h/day, 6 d/wk; day or night) | Location: Ras Laffan, QatarKey Responsibilities:Lead rescue planning and execution; ensure readiness of equipment and crews.Develop/maintain Emergency Response Plans; conduct drills and competency checks.Liaise with ORYX HSE, PTW Authority and operations for highrisk tasks.Minimum Qualifications/Certifications:Competency per NFPA 1006 & 1670 (Confined Space Rescue) documented per OSHA 1910.146.Standard First Aid/CPR with AED.IRATA Level 2 or 3 (Team Leader based on assessment).5+ years industryspecific Oil & Gas experience as Emergency Response Technician; prior team leadership in TAR context.JobSpecific Skills (must/strongly preferred):Rescue command/control, rope access supervision, incident command basics, strong reporting/coordination skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
