ELV COORDINATOR

<div><h3>Job Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Coordinate all sitelevel ELV activities in line with project specifications schedules and standards.</li><li>Supervise and guide site technicians subcontractors and labor teams in ELV installation works.</li><li>Monitor and ensure quality safety and compliance during the of ELV systems.</li><li>Review and interpret ELV design drawings shop drawings and material submittals.</li><li>Work closely with the Project Manager Consultants and other MEP/Construction teams for seamless integration of ELV systems.</li><li>Track project progress identify site issues and provide timely resolutions.</li><li>Conduct daily/weekly site inspections and prepare site progress reports.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of ELV materials and proper installation as per approved layouts.</li><li>Assist in testing and commissioning of ELV systems.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and records for inspections approvals and handovers.</li></ul><h3>Key Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Degree/Diploma in Electrical Electronics or a related engineering field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of ELV site coordination experience in the UAE or GCC construction sector.</li><li>Strong knowledge of ELV systems and site practices (CCTV Fire Alarm Access Control etc..)</li><li>Familiar with UAE codes and authority regulations (e.g. SIRA Civil Defense).</li><li>Strong interpersonal site management and coordination skills.</li><li>Proficient in reading technical drawings and using MS Office and AutoCAD.</li><li>Must be currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.</li></ul><p>Vertical: Engineering</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
