The candidate must have strong technical knowledge and experience in identifying faults, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and preparing inspection reports.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Conduct regular inspections of elevators and escalators to ensure they meet safety and regulatory standards.</li><li>Identify mechanical, electrical, and operational issues and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Ensure all equipment complies with UAE safety regulations and industry standards.</li><li>Prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors for repairs or improvements.</li><li>Monitor installation and maintenance work to ensure quality and safety compliance.</li><li>Investigate incidents or malfunctions and provide technical recommendations.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in elevator and escalator inspection, maintenance, or related field.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).</li><li>Strong knowledge of elevator and escalator systems, safety standards, and inspection procedures.</li><li>Ability to identify technical faults and provide solutions.</li><li>Good reporting and documentation skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Skills</h3><ul><li>Certification in elevator/escalator inspection or relevant technical qualification.</li><li>Knowledge of UAE regulations and safety codes related to vertical transportation systems.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
