<div><h3>Overview</h3><p>Contract Type: Short-term (February 22 – June 17, 2026)</p><h3>Qualifications And Competencies</h3><ul><li>Associates Art Degree or equivalent; 4 year BA or BS Degree preferred</li><li>Fluent English language capacity</li><li>Prior experience working in a daycare setting</li><li>Knowledge of early childhood development</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Skilled with the understandings of child safety and responsibility</li></ul><h3>Reports To</h3><p>ES Principal or Associate Principal</p><h3>Performance Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Understands early childhood development stages and is able to create daily plans that support infant and toddler’s physical, emotional, and social needs through nurturing, age-appropriate care.</li><li>Assists with classroom setup, preparation of materials, and organization to support planned learning activities.</li><li>Attentive, reliable, and proactive in following health and safety procedures to ensure a safe, hygienic, and well-supervised daycare environment at all times</li><li>Supports consistent routines while remaining flexible to meet individual children’s needs.</li><li>Assists with toileting, diapering, feeding, and transitions in a respectful, developmentally appropriate manner in accordance with AIS-R’s child safeguarding policies.</li><li>Effectively communicates with young children, parents, and colleagues with warmth, patience, and clarity while maintaining professionalism.</li><li>Builds trusting relationships with families by sharing daily updates, observations, and concerns in a timely and respectful manner.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned by the Principal.</li></ul><h3>Terms Of Employment</h3><p>Salary will be assigned from the Daycare Salary Schedule; 190 day contract.</p><p>Classification: Support Staff</p><p>Working Hours: 7:50am - 4:40pm (5:10pm on Tuesdays)</p><h3>Learning And Growth</h3><p>Performance will be evaluated in accordance with school policy by the designated supervisor.</p><p>Job code: EX-54989696</p><p>Job type: Full-time</p><p>Location: Riyadh Region</p><p>About the company: American International School Riyadh</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
