Electronics Service Technician ( TV )

<div><h3>Roles and Responsibilities:</h3><ol><li>Repair defective Electrical products (TV. Vacuum cleaner, Microwave, Blender, mixer…etc) according to the working instructions for technical center repairs.</li><li>Supports in the repair of the Electrical products (ex. Water dispensers, ….etc)</li><li>Control the consumption of spare parts.</li><li>Maintain good relation with the supplier to timely resolve the pending cases.</li><li>Daily update the system for the work done.</li><li>Order the spare parts required for repairing the item according to the working instructions.</li><li>Preparing charge estimate for out of warranty and miss-use cases.</li><li>Prepare technical reports for defective items to be signed by the Senior Electrical Technician.</li><li>Assure the implementation of the services standard operating procedure in his daily activities.</li><li>Responsible to achieve the services KPIs of his area of work.</li></ol><h3>Required skills and knowledge:</h3><ol><li>Holding diploma degree in electronics or equivalent</li><li>Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Electronics repair preferably in authorized service centers.</li><li>Hard working and team player.</li><li>High ownership towards work-space.</li><li>Customer oriented.</li><li>Electronics repair skill for all product range like TV, Microwave, Blender …etc</li><li>Electronics repair skill for all product range like High end LCDs, Plasma, CRT, DVD players, Hi-Fi and home theaters</li></ol></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
