Electronics Engineer (Transportation Systems Signals) - Maintenance PeriodAntal is partnering with a world-leading global PMC organization involved in large-scale railway and infrastructure projects across the globe.We are currently seeking a Electronics Engineer to lead and oversee Rail Transportation Systems Signals activities forMaintenance Period within major transit projectsYour responsibilities:Monitor the operational performance, reliability, and safety behaviour of all signalling systems during the Maintenance Period, ensuring compliance with Employer Requirements and RAMS criteriaReview maintenance submittals, signalling fault logs, diagnostic reports, and D&B Contractor maintenance records, ensuring timely closure of NCRs, defects, and non‑conformitiesVerify corrective and preventive maintenance activities for all signalling subsystems, ensuring actions meet technical, operational, and safety requirementsOversee signalling interfaces—including signalling‑to‑rolling‑stock, PSD control signals, telecom links, OCC/TCC communication, power/traction signalling dependencies, and trackside signalling equipment—to maintain continuous system integrationValidate performance of ATC/ATO functions, headway compliance, speed control, emergency braking logic, and degraded mode signalling behaviour throughout the DLPParticipate in inspections, audits, safety checks, and system verification activities following maintenance interventions or post‑incident corrective actionsCoordinate technical issue resolution with PMCM teams, the D&B Contractor, the O&M Entity, and Employer representatives to ensure operational continuity and signalling system integrityProduce signalling performance reports, maintenance assessments, corrective‑action reviews, compliance updates, and technical recommendations as part of PMCM reporting obligationsYour profile:Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related discipline, with 15+ years of signalling engineering experienceExtensive experience with railway/metro signalling systems including ATC/ATO, CBTC, train detection, interlocking, points/switches, and signalling‑telecom interfacesStrong understanding of signalling integration across rolling stock, telecoms, PSDs, power/traction systems, OCC/TCC operations, and station systemsProven ability to interpret maintenance documentation, test reports, diagnostic data, NCRs, hazard logs, and signalling‑related O&M recordsKnowledge of RAMS frameworks, SIL classifications, EN 50126/50129 safety standards, and operational performance requirements for signalling systemsStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose signalling issues, evaluate corrective actions, verify system compliance, and mitigate integration risksExcellent communication and coordination skills, enabling effective collaboration with PMCM teams, D&B Contractors, O&M Entities, and Employer representativeHigh level of professionalism, attention to detail, and adaptability to ensure signalling system integrity throughout the Maintenance Period in a complex metro megaprojectUpload your resume and our tool will compare it to the requirements for this job like recruiters do.#J-18808-Ljbffr
