THE INCREDIBLE ELECTRONICS is an innovative electronics and prototyping workshop based in Qidfaa, Fujairah, specializing in educational and professional solutions in embedded systems and IoT.The shop focuses on Arduino and ESP32-based projects, IoT systems development and prototyping, electronics design, assembly, and troubleshooting, 3D printing and rapid prototyping services, and supporting students, researchers, and engineering projects.We are committed to delivering practical, hands‑on solutions and high‑quality prototypes tailored to client and educational needs.Role DescriptionThis is a contract, on‑site role for an Electronics Technician, located in Qidfaa, Fujairah.The Electronics Technician will be responsible for independently handling electronics and prototyping projects from concept to execution. The role includes building, testing, troubleshooting, and delivering embedded systems and IoT solutions, as well as supporting 3D printing operations.The technician is expected to manage day‑to‑day workshop activities, assist customers (especially students), and ensure successful project completion with minimal supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesElectronics & Embedded SystemsDesign and build circuits using Arduino, ESP32, and similar microcontrollers.Interface sensors, actuators,motors, relays, and communication modules such as WiFi and Bluetooth.Develop and upload embedded code at a basic to intermediate level.Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of electronic systems.Build a website page and connect it with the device to view and control.Prototyping & Project DevelopmentTranslate client or student requirements into working prototypes.Assemble complete systems including hardware and basic software integration.Read and interpret circuit diagrams and technical specifications.Recommend components and improvements for project success.Soldering & Hardware AssemblyPerform professional soldering including through‑hole and basic SMD.Build PCB‑based and breadboard prototypes.Handle wiring, connectors, power supplies, and enclosures.Troubleshooting & MaintenanceDiagnose faults in circuits, boards, and embedded systems.Repair or replace faulty components.Ensure systems operate reliably and safely.3D Printing & FabricationOperate and manage 3D printers such as Bambu Lab.Prepare models for printing including slicing and basic adjustments.Maintain printers and ensure print quality.Assist in designing simple enclosures and parts.Customer & Student SupportSupport students in graduation and academic projects.Explain technical concepts in a simple and practical way.Assist customers in selecting components and solutions.Workshop OperationsManage inventory of electronics components.Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace organization.Ensure safety standards are followed at all times.QualificationsTechnical SkillsStrong knowledge of electronics fundamentals including voltage, current, and circuits.Experience with Arduino, ESP32, or similar platforms.Proficiency in soldering and circuit assembly.Basic programming knowledge such as C/C++ for Arduino or MicroPython.Familiarity with sensors, motors, and IoT modules.Basic understanding of 3D printing workflows.ExperienceOne to three years of experience in electronics, prototyping, or embedded systems.Experience in student projects or maker environments is highly preferred.Soft SkillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.Good communication skills in Arabic or English.Attention to detail and quality.Passion for innovation, electronics, and hands‑on work.Technical thinking to plan, design and implement the solutions to solve customers problems.Preferred (Plus Points)Experience in IoT system integration.Knowledge of PCB design tools such as KiCad or Proteus.Experience with robotics or automation projects.3D design skills using tools.Experience in website development and integration with the IoT devices to view and control them.Key Success Factors for This RoleAbility to deliver complete working prototypes independently.Fast troubleshooting and problem resolution.High‑quality builds with clean wiring and soldering.Strong support to students and customers.Maintaining workshop efficiency and organization.#J-18808-Ljbffr
