The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair and maintenance of electrical systems and components.ResponsibilitiesInstall and maintain electrical systems and components in accordance with specific plans and instructions.Carry out periodic inspections of existing electrical systems, identify any faults or potential safety hazards, and make necessary repairs or adjustments.Test wiring, circuit breakers, outlets and other components for proper functioning.Diagnose problems with electrical circuits and wiring.Resolve issues with faulty appliances or equipment.Follow safety standards to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.Provide advice on all aspects of electrical work to clients/customers as needed.QualificationsPrior experience as an Electrician in a similar role is essential.Knowledge of local codes and regulations related to electrical work.Ability to read blueprints, schematics, drawings, diagrams etc.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues quickly and accurately.Excellent communication skills both written & verbal required.We are open to considering an immigrant for this position!
