We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an Electrician you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings throughout the city.Install, maintain and repair electrical wiring systems and fixtures in residential and commercial buildingsRead and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics and specifications to determine project requirementsTroubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems using various testing devicesEnsure all electrical installations and repairs comply with local codes and safety regulationsPerform regular preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipmentCollaborate with other construction professionals to coordinate electrical work with other building systemsRespond to emergency calls and provide timely solutions to electrical issuesMaintain accurate records of work performed, materials used and time spent on each projectAdapt to working in various environmental conditions, including hot climateQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in electrical systems preferredValid electrician license3‑5 years of experience as an electrician in residential and commercial settingsProficient in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and schematicsStrong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits and wiringFamiliarity with local electrical codes and safety regulations in DubaiExperience with electrical testing equipment and diagnostic toolsSkilled in using various hand and power toolsDetail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilitiesExcellent organizational and time‑management skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environmentPhysical stamina to perform tasks that may involve lifting, climbing and standing for extended periodsWillingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency calls when necessaryStrong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plusRemote WorkYesEmployment TypeFull‑time#J-18808-Ljbffr
