Electrical Technician

Our client, a specialized food manufacturing company with expertise in sugar production, is actively looking for an Electrical Technician to join their team in Jeddah.Responsibilities:Conduct routine electrical maintenance on food processing equipment and machinery.Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in a timely manner to minimize downtime.Install, test, and maintain electrical systems in accordance with company standards.Collaborate with the engineering team to implement electrical modifications and upgrades.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work.Participate in the planning and execution of preventive maintenance activities.Provide technical support during production operations.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical technology.Key AccountabilitiesConduct tests and assessments of new systems and repairs to ensure qualityAssemble and install electrical panels, wire harnesses, and other electrical equipmentRespond quickly to all service requests and efficiently troubleshoot and repair electrical systemsCommunicate estimated timelines for repairs to those impactedInstall new equipment and wiring to expand infrastructure as neededPerform preventative maintenance on a regular scheduleLog all services and report progress to managementUtilize and store all equipment properly.knowledge of electrical technology.knowledge of instrumentation engineering.knowledge of control system and automation engineering/PLC Industrial electronicsBasic computer and report writing skills.
