About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Inspector - Site to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, and compliance of electrical installations on various construction sites throughout the region.Conduct thorough inspections of electrical systems and components on construction sites to ensure compliance with local and international codes and standardsReview and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications for accuracy and adherence to regulationsPerform comprehensive tests on electrical installations using specialized equipment to verify safety and functionalityIdentify and document electrical deficiencies, code violations, and potential safety hazardsCollaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve electrical issues and ensure timely project completionPrepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of all inspections and findingsStay up-to-date with changes in electrical codes, regulations, and industry best practicesProvide expert guidance and recommendations to improve electrical safety and efficiency on construction sitesParticipate in pre-construction meetings to discuss electrical requirements and potential challengesEnsure strict compliance with UAE electrical standards and regulationsTravel to various construction sites within the UAE as requiredWhat do we need from youBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in electrical inspection or a related fieldProficiency in electrical codes and standards, including in-depth knowledge of UAE electrical regulationsExtensive knowledge of electrical systems and componentsStrong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematicsProven experience working on construction sitesAdvanced familiarity with testing equipment and inspection toolsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant inspection softwareMeticulous attention to detail with a strong commitment to safety and qualityComprehensive knowledge of construction industry regulations and safety standardsDemonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to travel to various construction sites within the UAEValid UAE driver's licenseStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCollaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams#J-18808-Ljbffr
