As an Electrical Foreman you will play a crucial role in overseeing electrical installations managing teams and ensuring project success in one of the worlds most dynamic construction markets.ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise a team of electricians providing guidance training and performance evaluationsPlan coordinate and oversee electrical installations for commercial and residential projectsInterpret blueprints schematics and electrical drawings to ensure accurate implementationManage project timelines resources and budgets to meet deadlines and quality standardsConduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with OSHA and local safety regulationsTroubleshoot complex electrical issues and implement effective solutionsCollaborate with other construction teams project managers and clients to ensure seamless projectStay updated on local electrical codes regulations and industry best practicesMaintain accurate records of work performed materials used and project progressEnsure all electrical work meets Dubais construction regulations and electrical standardsQualificationsMinimum 57 years of experience in electrical construction with proven experience as an electrical foreman or in a supervisory roleHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferredValid electrical license or certificationOSHA safety certificationExtensive knowledge of electrical systems codes and construction industry standardsProficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical schematicsStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent leadership and team management abilitiesAdvanced problemsolving and decisionmaking skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in computer applications including MS Office and project management softwareFamiliarity with UAE labor laws and Dubais construction regulationsAbility to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment with changing prioritiesCommitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to safety protocolsRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFulltime#J-18808-Ljbffr
