Job Description

<div><p>The primary purpose of this role is to lead, supervise, and coordinate all electrical activities across projects, ensuring compliance with Saudi codes, project requirements, and applicable standards. The Electrical Engineer provides technical leadership, mentors junior staff, drives quality, constructability, and ensures timely delivery of all works. All responsibilities shall be performed in alignment with the organization’s policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.</p><h3>General Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Perform duties professionally, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulations.</li><li>Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior engineers and team members.</li><li>Coordinate effectively with Clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.</li><li>Oversee project documentation, reports, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Monitor work progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.</li><li>Lead design and construction coordination meetings and workshops.</li></ul><h3>Technical Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead and manage the design review, coordination, and implementation of electrical systems.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Codes (SBC), MOMRA regulations, Saudi Highway Codes (SHC), SEC, NWC, and other relevant standards.</li><li>Review and approve shop drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical reports.</li><li>Supervise and verify the execution of works on site, ensuring adherence to approved designs, specifications, and QA/QC standards…</li><li>Oversee design verification for MV and LV cable infrastructure, distribution boards.</li><li>Identify, evaluate, and resolve design conflicts, non-conformance issues, and discrepancies in collaboration with project teams and authorities.</li><li>Support permitting processes, including review of required regulatory documents.</li></ul><h3>Additional Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide technical presentations, progress updates, and recommendations to project management and clients.</li><li>Lead internal audits and support external audits for the project.</li><li>Implement continuous improvement initiatives for design and construction processes.</li><li>Foster knowledge sharing, professional development, and team-building activities.</li><li>Perform other responsibilities and tasks related to the job as directed by line manager.</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Knowledge of Saudi Building Codes (SBC), MOMRA, SHC, SEC, NWC, and relevant standards.</li><li>Knowledge and previous experience in 5 starts hotel.</li><li>Knowledge of infrastructure and luxury buildings’ electrical systems.</li><li>Knowledge of project management, team leadership, mentoring, and coordination.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Saudi Council of Engineers.</li><li>Valid Iqama (for non-Saudi).</li><li>English language proficiency level is Fluent.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
