This includes tasks related tobasic electrical system design, technical management of components orassemblies, and command and control of electrical power systems. Functionally, the Electrical Engineer reports to the Project Leader or Group Leader based on the specific requirements of the project, and hierarchically,to the Head of Department, focusing on hours worked and the quality oftechnical documentation.Duties and responsibilitiesGuaranteethe quality of deliverables and ensure compliance with the contractualrequirements of project contracts, satisfying the assigned budget andschedule.Assistthe Group Leader or the Head of Department in guaranteeing the applicationand continuous updating of departmental and company standards, procedures,and work instructions.Attendtechnical training as needed and exchange experiences with colleagues withinthe Tecnimont Group for new design techniques.Keepup-to-date with technical innovations specific totheir discipline andtransfer this knowledge to other specialists and engineers.Monitorthe market for state-of-the-art technologies, providing technical andcommercial evaluations of new products, technologies, workflows, andapplications.Developoverall activities related to assigned tasks within projects, includingproducing specifications, reports, and other design documents, performingcalculations, managing the supply of components and systems, and securingassistance, if required, during factory testing and start-up on site.Specializein high voltage systems, ensuring adherence to safety standards and effectivemanagement of high voltage components and assemblies.Person SpecificationKnowledge & QualificationsUniversity degree or diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent.ExperienceSignificant experience in theindustrial construction of large or XL gas plants.Covered a similar role in at least 2-3projects of comparable size.A minimum of 10-15 years of relevantexperience.Experience working on the Contractorside.Skills and AbilitiesExcellent communications andinterpersonal skillsTeam-oriented skills, self-motivation,and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problemresolution.
