Electrical Engineer

ResponsibilitiesSupervise and guide the electrical team, including supervisors and technicians.Preventive Maintenance scheduled follow ups to avoid breakdowns.Corrective Maintenance fixing issues identified during inspections.Reactive Maintenance responding to unexpected faults or failures.Planned Works upgrades, replacements, and scheduled improvements.Provide electrical support for temporary setups during events, ensuring safe and reliable power supply.Coordinate with procurement teams for e-Procurement of materials and services.Monitor asset performance and manage them in line with asset life cycle principles.Participate in audits, inspections, and compliance reviews. Support energy-saving initiatives and recommend system improvements.RequirementsEducation: Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.Experience: Minimum 5 years in facilities management or building maintenance role in Gulf.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of LV and HV systems, protection systems, and load management.Familiarity with electrical safety, earthing, and power distribution.Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents.Awareness of building automation systems (BMS) and energy management systems.Knowledge of CAFM systems such as FSI Concept Evolution, MRI, or SAAP to manage work orders, asset tracking, and reporting.Familiar with Permit to Work (PTW) systems and ensure safety protocols are followed for high-risk tasks.Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.Other Skills:Strong leadership and communication skills.Organized, proactive, and detail oriented.Able to manage multiple priorities and teams effectively.Required SkillsElectricityComplianceWork OrdersProtection CodesPreventive MaintenanceLoadEnergyElectrical EngineeringSupplyReviewsCommunication SkillsAutomationProcurementRegulationsMS OfficeMaterialsEducationMaintenance EngineeringLeadershipCommunicationManagement#J-18808-Ljbffr
