Electrical Engineer (EV Charging Infrastructure)

Job Title: Electrical Engineer Operations & Team ManagementLocation: Abu Dhabi UAEIndustry: EV Charging Infrastructure / Electrical Contracting / EngineeringExperience Required: 5-7 years (minimum 2 years in the UAE with proven team management experience)Languages: Fluent Arabic and English (spoken and written) are mandatoryJob Summary:This position is responsible for handling day-to-day site operations leading technical teams and managing materials and resources efficiently. The candidate must have prior experience managing teams in the UAE and be fluent in Arabic and English to ensure smooth communication across stakeholders and authorities.Key Responsibilities: Daily Operations & Site Execution:Oversee daily on-site activities for EV charger and electrical infrastructure projects.Coordinate manpower tools and material delivery for uninterrupted execution.Ensure compliance with ADDC and other regulatory standards in Abu Dhabi.Conduct site visits and supervise installation works for safety and quality assurance.Team Management (UAE Experience Required):Manage and guide teams of technicians electricians and subcontractors.Allocate daily tasks resolve operational issues and ensure productivity.Maintain discipline and high performance among teams on-site.Report progress and any delays or issues to the management team.Compliance & Material Oversight:Handle coordination with local authorities (ADDC ADM etc.) for necessary permits and inspections.Understand BOQs and estimation basics to plan material requirements.Ensure all project documentation and reporting is complete and up to date.RequirementsCandidate Requirements:Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering.5-7 years of electrical project experience including 2-3 years of direct team supervision in the UAE.Strong understanding of ADDC and local regulatory requirements.Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).Strong leadership coordination and decision-making skills.UAE Driving License is mandatory.
