Electrical Engineer

<div><p>We are seeking an experienced Electrical Department Head to lead and oversee all electrical design, execution, and delivery activities across our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, budget, and project timelines.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead electrical design review and approval (Low Voltage&Low Current systems).</li><li>Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure technical compliance.</li><li>Liaise with utility authorities for load approvals and service connections.</li><li>Review shop drawings, material submittals, and BOQs.</li><li>Manage Payments Invoices, claims, and variation orders.</li><li>Supervise site execution and testing&commissioning activities.</li><li>Manage project budgets, cost control, and variation orders.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and Civil Defense requirements.</li><li>Lead and develop the electrical engineering team.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.</li><li>12–15 years of experience in real estate or construction projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of MV/LV systems and building services.</li><li>Experience in Commercial, residential and villas Projects is preferred.</li><li>Strong leadership and project management skills.</li><li>Strong Value Engineering Skills is highly preferred.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
