<div><h3>Job Description</h3><p>WSP in the Middle East is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer (aviation background preferred) with 10+ years of design experience to join our growing team in Dammam, KSA. The role is focused on design-led aviation/airport projects, supporting the delivery of high-quality electrical engineering solutions across multidisciplinary teams.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Deliver electrical design across aviation projects, including concept, schematic, and detailed design stages.</li><li>Prepare and review engineering deliverables such as calculations, drawings, specifications, reports, and design narratives aligned with project requirements.</li><li>Design and coordinate electrical systems typically associated with airport facilities (as relevant to the project scope), ensuring technical compliance and constructability.</li><li>Coordinate with other disciplines (architecture, civil, structural, mechanical, ICT, and specialist packages) to ensure integration of electrical design within the overall solution.</li><li>Support design reviews, quality checks, and verification activities in accordance with internal QA procedures.</li><li>Engage with clients and stakeholders where required, contributing to meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.</li><li>Ensure Health&Safety is embedded into design and delivery practices in line with company policies.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).</li><li>10+ years post-qualification experience with a strong track record in electrical design delivery.</li><li>Aviation/airport project exposure is strongly preferred (design-focused experience is ideal).</li><li>Good working knowledge of relevant international standards and local authority requirements.</li><li>Proficiency with commonly used design tools (e.g., Revit and other electrical design/analysis software as applicable).</li><li>Strong coordination and communication skills, with confidence working in multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder environments.</li></ul><p>Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
