Involves basic technical support, project coordination, team collaboration, and a focus on achieving goals and industry standards.</p><h3>Key Accountability Areas</h3><p>Material Specifications and Documentation:</p><ul><li>Ensure material specifications and related documents adhere to international or local standards.</li><li>Establish standardized designs and materials.</li><li>Supervise the documentation system to meet approved standards, conducting internal audits for compliance.</li></ul><p>Design Analysis and Continuous Development:</p><ul><li>Conduct analyses on competitor designs.</li><li>Supervise continuous development to achieve optimal designs and enhance customer satisfaction.</li><li>Evaluate market requirements and demand, aligning products with the current market situation through collaboration with the Marketing department.</li></ul><p>Project Oversight and Customer Interaction:</p><ul><li>Verify electrical drawings for critical projects to ensure conformity with customer or project specifications.</li><li>Engage with client teams, gather requirements, and conduct regular team meetings.</li><li>Monitor project progress, ensuring that all electrical design and Bill of Materials (BOM) activities align with production plans and contribute to customer satisfaction.</li></ul><p>Team Management and Training:</p><ul><li>Foster team interaction, elevate employee motivation, and recognize team contributions.</li><li>Supervise technical training for the team, guiding them through development and implementation stages.</li><li>Conduct effective reviews of completed work to maintain quality standards.</li></ul><p>Initiatives for Improvement:</p><ul><li>Actively pursue initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the group.</li><li>Ensure that electrical design activities are geared towards increasing customer satisfaction.</li></ul><p>Technical Support and Market Evaluation:</p><ul><li>Provide technical support for new project development.</li><li>Evaluate market requirements and demand, aligning products with current market situations.</li></ul><h3>Role Accountability</h3><p>HR Proficiency:</p><ul><li>Ability to recruit, recognize and cultivate high performers and expose them in order to create a robust second line of management.</li><li>Ability to recognize low performers and guide them to improve or release them.</li><li>Ability to treat subordinates equally without any discrimination.</li><li>Assessment criteria of subordinates is performance that leads to planned results.</li><li>Ensure availability of delegation of authority matrix to have sufficient delegations as per company policy.</li></ul><p>Responsibility:</p><ul><li>Must take full responsibility for his operation as per the job description and the required deliverables from this position, taking into consideration the general company guidelines.</li><li>Able to anticipate problems and make the necessary proactive steps to prevent them</li><li>Ability to take necessary and proper timely decisions.</li></ul><p>Delivery:</p><ul><li>Deliver the required results in timely manner with required quality and cost.</li><li>Making a Tangible Difference:</li><li>Must make a tangible difference to his area of operation. and exceed business expectations.</li></ul><p>Business Planning and Performance:</p><ul><li>Able to transform the corporate goals into business plans.</li><li>Able to Plan, follow-up and execute those plans, whether they are annu
