EHS Coordinator

<div><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Summary- The EHS Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations within the organization. They will develop and implement policies and programs to maintain a safe and environmentally friendly workplace.</p><h3>Job Responsibility-</h3><ul><li>Develop and implement EHS policies and programs to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards</li><li>Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks</li><li>Train employees on proper safety procedures and protocols</li><li>Investigate accidents and near misses to determine root causes and implement preventive measures</li><li>Maintain records of incidents, injuries, and safety performance</li><li>Collaborate with management to address any safety concerns and make necessary improvements</li><li>Stay up-to-date on new regulations and industry best practices</li></ul><h3>Candidate Requirements-</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field</li><li>Proven experience working in EHS compliance and regulations</li><li>Strong knowledge of local EHS laws and regulations</li><li>Excellent communication and training skills</li><li>Attention to detail and strong analytical skills</li><li>Certification in EHS (e.g. OSHA) is a plus.</li></ul><h3>Skills</h3><p>In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards</p><ul><li>Strong understanding of risk assessment and management</li><li>Excellent communication skills to effectively train and educate staff on safety procedures</li><li>Ability to conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations</li><li>Proficient in incident investigation and root cause analysis</li><li>Strong organizational skills to develop and implement safety programs</li><li>Attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software</li><li>Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g. NEBOSH)</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
