<div><h3>EHS Compliance Coordinator</h3><p>📍Saudi Arabia |🏢Nesma Infrastructure&Technology Ltd. |🏷️ QEHS Department</p><h3>About the Role</h3><p>We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented<b>EHS Compliance Coordinator</b>to ensure full compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards across our projects. This role plays a critical part in maintaining regulatory compliance, improving safety performance, and supporting continuous improvement of our Integrated Management System (IMS).</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Ensure compliance with<b>Saudi labor laws</b>and local regulatory requirements</li><li>Prepare<b>HSE reports, dashboards, and compliance summaries</b></li><li>Support<b>internal and external audits</b>with proper documentation</li><li>Conduct regular<b>site inspections</b>to identify unsafe acts, conditions, and system gaps</li><li>Raise<b>non-conformance reports (NCRs)</b>and track corrective actions</li><li>Investigate<b>incidents, accidents, and near-misses</b>, identifying root causes and preventive actions</li><li>Assess training needs and monitor<b>EHS training compliance</b></li><li>Review and verify<b>subcontractor HSE documentation</b>prior to mobilization</li><li>Monitor subcontractor adherence to<b>company safety standards</b></li><li>Support<b>emergency response plans and drills</b></li><li>Track and report<b>EHS KPIs</b>, highlighting gaps and improvement areas</li><li>Maintain and support IMS certifications (<b>ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001</b>)</li><li>Ensure effective implementation of company policies and procedures</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, or related field</li><li>Minimum<b>5+ years of experience</b>in EHS or a related field</li><li>NEBOSH certification preferred</li><li>ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 certification (Lead Auditor preferred)</li></ul><h3>Technical Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong knowledge of<b>EHS management systems and ISO standards</b></li><li>Experience in conducting<b>audits and preparing reports</b></li><li>Proficiency in<b>Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</b></li></ul><h3>Soft Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong communication skills (English required)</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure</li><li>Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills</li><li>High level of professionalism and confidentiality</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
