EFL Instructor (Contracting)

Position: EFL Instructor(Contracting)Location: Dammam, Saudi ArabiaSalary: Negotiable(Saudi National/Male only)Job Purpose:To teach academic English language classes or other Key Skills program e.g employability /health & safety.ResponsibilitiesTeaching English language curriculum to Institute traineesWorking with other team members to prepare resources for foundation program including, but not limited to, revision materials, test question banks or other remedial resourcesMonitoring student progress and analysing test results to address weak areasConducting remedial and/or make-up lessonsInvigilation of examsSubstituting other faculty members in cases of absenceFollowing and encouraging trainees to follow Institute rules and regulationsPreparing and implementing lesson plans and following prescribed pacing schedules for curriculumAttending team meetings as requiredRequirementsBachelor Degree in a related field i.e. TESOL, TEFL or EducationRecognized teaching certificate i.e. CELTAIELTS 7.0 or equivalent (Bilingual only)Professional Experience3 years in a teaching role, preferably in a vocational or higher-education institutionExperience in a technical context desirableBehavioral CompetenciesExcellent interpersonal communication skillsWilling to help others and to meet staff and student needs and is ready to follow directionsInitiative: Seeks to learn and recognize work procedures and policies and know how to locate informationReliability and independenceUtilizes and collaborates with Training institute departments e.g. operations, supportservices, student affairs.Exhibits effective email communicationExhibits attention to detail and accuracyPunctual and maintains professional attitude, behaviour and appearanceExhibits willingness to remain up to date on trends and best practices in the industry and demonstrates desire for continuous professional development in his areaExhibits proper business conduct, integrity and work ethics in handling sensitive assessment materials and trainee data#J-18808-Ljbffr
