Job DescriptionWe are hiring a motivated and experienced Education Counselor in Dubai to guide students in choosing the right academic programs. The selected candidate will help students with career advice, course selection, and the complete admission process to ensure smooth enrollment.This role is ideal for someone who has experience in student counseling, academic advising, education consultancy, or student recruitment within the UAE.Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counseling & Academic GuidanceProvide one-on-one counseling to students.Understand students’ interests, skills, and career goals.Guide students in selecting suitable diploma programs, degree courses, certifications, and universities.Help students plan their academic pathway.Admission & Enrollment SupportAssist students with the admission process in UAE and international universities.Help complete application forms and prepare required documents.Guide students on eligibility requirements and visa procedures (if required).Follow up regularly to ensure successful enrollment.Student Recruitment & Lead ManagementRespond to student inquiries and convert leads into enrollments.Maintain student records in the CRM system.Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly admission targets.Career Counseling & Study Abroad SupportProvide professional career advice.Guide students on study abroad opportunities and scholarships.Explain international education options and admission procedures.Conduct workshops and orientation sessions when needed.Student & Parent Relationship ManagementBuild strong relationships with students and parents.Provide excellent support and clear communication.Ensure high student satisfaction throughout the process.Job RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business Administration, Counseling, or a related field.Experience3–5 years of experience as an Education Counselor, Admission Consultant, Academic Advisor, or Student Recruitment Officer in Dubai or the UAE.Experience in education consultancy or higher education is preferred.Required SkillsGood understanding of the UAE education system and international universities.Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).Ability to achieve admission and enrollment targets.Good presentation and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.Ability to work in a fast-paced education consultancy environment.Preferred QualificationsCertification in Career Counseling or Academic Advising.Experience in study abroad consultancy.Knowledge of student visa processing and international admissions.Why Join Us?Competitive salary with commission.Career growth opportunities in the UAE education sector.Chance to work with well-known educational institutions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
