Reporting to the Director of eCommerce Marketing, this role will oversee the execution of our eCommerce strategy, manage online sales performance, and drive growth across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with hands‑on digital expertise, managing an eCommerce Assistant to ensure operational excellence while focusing on revenue, customer experience, and cross‑functional collaboration. This position requires someone who is highly organized, results oriented, and comfortable balancing both strategy and execution in a fast‑paced environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:eCommerce Strategy & Trading CalendarOwn the eCommerce trading calendar, ensuring all product launches, campaigns, and promotions are planned and executed in line with business objectivesAlign cross‑functional teams (Creative, Paid Media, CRM, Merchandising, Operations) to deliver seamless go‑to‑market campaignsCampaign Management & Site ExperienceLead end‑to‑end campaign planning and execution, including ideation, competitor benchmarking, and commercial planningOwn campaign timelines, ensuring alignment across CRM, Paid Media, Creative, and eCommerce to deliver cohesive launchesPartner with merchandising team to align onsite execution with campaign priorities, ensuring a consistent and high‑performing customer journeyWork closely with developers and UX to prioritise and implement site enhancements, resolving issues and continuously improving the onsite experienceRevenue & Performance ManagementMonitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs including traffic, conversion, and average order value (AOV)Provide insights and recommendations to optimise performance and achieve revenue and profitability targetsCross‑Functional CollaborationServe as the key link between the Director of eCommerce Marketing and internal teamsCollaborate with Finance, Operations, and Logistics to align on stock, pricing, tax, and fulfilment requirementsProvide direction on product/prop requirements for photoshoots and creative campaignsAnalytics & ReportingDeliver regular performance reports to the Director of eCommerce Marketing, highlighting successes, risks, and opportunitiesLeverage tools such as GA4, Shopify analytics, and CRM data to support decision‑makingVendor & Tool ManagementProvide leadership input into vendor selection, onboarding, and contract reviewsPartner with the Assistant to ensure all new vendors and tools are vetted, onboarded, and integrated seamlesslyInnovation & Continuous ImprovementIdentify and implement best practices in eCommerce and digital marketingContinuously optimise internal processes, working methods, and customer‑facing initiatives to improve efficiency and impactRequirements4‑6 years’ experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or online trading, preferably in retail, beauty, or FMCGProven ability to manage revenue growth, campaign execution, and digital performance optimisationStrong leadership and team management experience with the ability to coachProficiency with Shopify (or similar CMS), GA4, CRM platforms (e.g. Klaviyo), and marketing/trading toolsCommercially savvy with strong analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience influencing cross‑functional teamsHighly organised, proactive, and adaptable, with a track record of managing multiple prioritiesBenefitsMonthly "Self Love Days" - at company discretionPremium Medical/Dental/Vision coverage for employee plus dependentsMonthly coaching sessions with our in‑house Success CoachEmployee discounts on all Huda Beauty productsQuarterly product giftingHuda Beauty is committed to building diverse and inclusive teams and upholding an equal employment workplace that is free from discrimination.
